    Over the years, I've looked for officers on-duty to help with simple questions and concerns but have been dismissed and told they can't help. In no situation was I even needing action on their behalf but more of using them as a resource for me to reach out to someone who can. As of late, all they seem to care about is meeting a ticket quota by going after drivers who are cruising safely just over 5mph the listed speed limit. I'm not sure whether this is in relation in needing to offset the costs for their upcoming new location, but the change in behavior even toward drivers with no prior history warrants an assuming "yes."
